Description
Serene Green is the product name for a range of green tinted float glass products manufactured using the float glass process at PFG Building Glass. The product has a brilliant flat surface to ensure clarity, low distortion and adequate daylight transmission.

Typical Applications

  • General glazing where safety glass is not required
  • Used to manufacture:
    • Laminates
    • Toughened
    • High performance coated products

Legislation and Standards
Serene Green is manufactured under ISO 9001: 2000 quality management standards and complies with the requirements of SANS 50572 Part 2, as well as other international standards.

Sizes and thickness
Standard stock sizes and thicknesses are available on request. Recommended maximum size will depend on application and design load.

Recommended glazing thickness
Like all annealed glass, Serene Green is governed by SANS 10400 Part N with respect to maximum allowable glazing area.
